coal fired power stations going going gone

 The dirtiest and possibly most unreliable coal fired power station is being retired early. See HERE and HERE

This is not surprising, renewables costs makes them uneconomic. they have large servicing costs because they break down so often. This plant had units breaking down over 50 times since 2017.

Now just remember existing coal fired power plants have around half the costs of NEW ones. coal fired  power stations have no future in Australia. Their pollution kill people and their emissions drives the temperature upwards as we have written about in the past.
