The decline of Chinese foreign service is no more apparent than in the Chinese handling of Hong Kong. The absurdity and evil policy means a lot of people from Hong Kong will wish to emigrate.
Australia should embrace them. They are well educated and love democratic polity.
Why has the Australian government been so silent? Even the Poms are ahead of us.
