Oh dear. It doesn't whether he was a dual citizen when he won pre-selection for the ALP. What matters ( until the Court of disputed returns re-interprets section 44) is whether he was a dual citizen when he NOMINATED for the seat !
This reminds me of when he talked about what the word predecessor meant!
