an Inquiry was made into whether there were problems with the DPP, AFP or any other organisation into that trial.
If you can believe it the person in charge of the inquiry deliberately leaked the report BEFORE he had given it to the ACT Chief Minister. This was Illegal.
So the man who criticises the ACT DPP for 'bad behaviour' (my euphemism) has exemplified bad behaviour!
