One of the more blatant lies Trump and republicans are alleging is that the DOJ has been weaponised and is going after republicans.
Let us ignore for the moment the DOJ has no influence over Alvin Bragg and it was a state crime.
Trump has been indicted in two federal cases where grand juries found Trump should go to trial. They thought a jury should determine whether Trump has committed crimes or not.
But hang on. Senator Menendez is being prosecuted at this very time and he is a democrat. Henry Ceullar is going to be prosecuted and he is a democratic congressman.
Hells bells Biden's own son is being prosecuted at this very time by a special prosecutor appointed by the trump administration.
Thus the very idea the current DOJ is being weaponised against republicans is obvious BS.
