Robodebt was a disgrace.

Clearly the coalition came at this from a perspective there were a lot of 'dolebludgers' out there milking the system.
No-one apparently thought much about the legalities of this situation. No-one thought of using human beings to use the algorithms which would have brought the problems to the surface immediately.
finally no-one thought of how this would affect those people whom the government would demand money from. This was made worse by the use of debt collectors.
It is a very sorry story of very poor government as all this went through cabinet and no-one asked the basic questions!
