A few thoughts
The subs will be the first of their kind thus there are bound to be problems. It will carry very dangerous radioactive material. We have no nuclear industry so nowhere for those who stop subbing to go when they want to leave. Lastly we have has very little debate on this deal and it is a very costly deal. I am not on the Keating side on this but that does not mean we should not have a considered debate and the opportunity cost about this deal.
