The chief Prosecutor for the ICC is seeking arrest warrants for various people involved in the Israel/ Hamas 'war'.
Please note the chief prosecutor has to get permission of three judges to get the warrants.He does not have them as yet.
I will leave the Hamas part as I cannot believe anyone would dispute this.
The major question is whether the warrants for the Israelis are warranted ( pun unintended).
Bombing about 80% of buildings is difficult to justify. Having most of the Palestinians being women and children is also as well unless you wish to absurdly argue they were part of Hamas. Not allowing aid to get into Gaza cannot be justified. Destroying hospitals is something we criticise Putin for so why not Israel.
All of this is is de facto evidence of war crimes.
Everyone was sympathetic to Israel when Hamas went about their murderous venture.
Israel in attempting to gain revenge has simply to all intents had a strategy of killing as many palestinians in the hope of killing Hamas personnel.
Yet again we see evidence of Israeli politicians ( and their supporters) saying any criticism if Israeli policies is anti-semitic.
