The Judge had delivered a judgement in Trump's company. It is a fraud and so is Trump.
Trump has always been highly insecure about his business acumen. He has 'exaggerated' his wealth to burnish his credentials as a successful businessman.
That was always in question. If he was a billionaire for example he would not be worried about his legal bills. They would be loose change. He has to go 'marketing' to his stupid base and they deliver yet even here there is not enough money to share around to others. This may lead to people flipping as has occurred in Georgia.
If he loses then to quote Bill Barr he is cooked!be scrimping to pay for his legal bills. ( Why does he select such poor lawyers. They chose a judge only case here not a jury.)
He clearly has set a political strategy not a legal one to overcome his legal troubles.his goose does look cooked in all his cases bar Manhattan. This is because the DA is using a stretch in law. He is trying to get a felony when a misdemour is all but certain.
If the current case goes against him then his cash flow dries up.When you add he lacks lawyers because he doesn't pay them some of the time and also we have seen Trump lead his lawyers to commit crimes then he has a lot of trouble in getting them. As I said previously when he does get some they do not appear to be very good!!
